What happens to back ordered items?
There are several options available for back ordered items. Ideally, there would never be back orders but CEK, offer so many items that it is impossible to stock them all. During ordering, you can choose to either ship the order complete or ship with back orders. When those back orders arrive!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we offer international shipping Via UPS/USPS to Canada. all other countries USPS Only.
Some provisions, It is the Customers responsibility for the items clearing their country's customs is theirs, and that there's no refunds or adjustments for customs seizures.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges. are based on weight and size of boxes as well as the destination. To try and keep down the cost of shipping. Smaller items will be shipped Via USPS Priority Mail. Most shipments are Are 3 Day Select. depending on Availability! Shipping Discounts are available to the US only, if more than one product is being shipped to the same location. This will be calculated by CEK during processing, And adjusted in total sale amount!
How do i know when my order has shipped?
Once you order has been shipped, You will then receive an email confirmation with the Tracking information. UPS Tracks in real time, USPS does not, so there may be a delay in tracking information with USPS **Note** some orders may take longer to process depending on there availability, payment method and customers bank Merchandise is only shipped when payment is cleared into our bank Some banks take 2 to 3 business days from purchase
Excluding weekends.
Most orders will be shipped within 24-48 hrs. of cleared payment into our bank, although it may take up to 4 business days to ship some orders, depending on factors such as Holidays and how busy the warehouse is at any given time, etc. As we ship large quantities of merchandise daily occasionally an item you order may have run out. As our stock is replenished daily, any item that is not on hand usually will be back in stock within 1-4 days. In this situation you may experience a brief delay in shipping your order, but all orders generally ship within 4 business days (Saturday and Sunday excluded). In the event that we cannot fulfill your order within 5-7 days, we will notify you.
Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We first try to reply via email and give you 3 days to reply. If we have not heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers you provide with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number.
Some items are listed for sale on our web site that have not been released from the manufacturer yet. We place these items on the web site so that consumers may pre-order the items. Preorders are reserved with payment up front on a first come, first served basis. You may also request to be placed on a “notify list” and we will let you know when products are in-stock and available for delivery. Be advised that prepaid orders always get priority for delivery.
Many out-of-stock items are excellent products and are available for purchase, but we do not always stock these items in inventory. We will be happy to special order these items for you in a timely fashion. Again, most items ship within 2 - 4 weeks.
Special Orders normally take 2 - 4 Weeks to ship. we do charge a fee of $5.00 if order is canceled by customer before this time, to cover the cost we are charged by the manufacturersfor processing the special order. However if the item is not shipped during the EST time we have listed. And customer wishes to cancel we will waive the $5.00 Fee an Issue a Full Refund!
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover. Debit Cards with a Visa/MasterCard logos through Authorize.net. We also except Checks and Money orders.
