We Wanted to make sure our Customers are up to speed on the knife situation in the NYC area. The Manhattan district attorney embarked on a large operation to crack down on knife sales in the New York City area. They made busts on many retailers. There is a New York City ordinance that basically any knife with a locking blade is illegal. As a result, we are currently not shipping any knives to the 5 boroughs of the city,  The 5 boroughs are Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Staten Island and Queens. except for perhaps kitchen knives.
